User Accounts and Registration4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify YesVenue of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.4.3 Multiple Accounts
You may not create multiple accounts for a single individual or entity without express written permission from YesVenue.5. Venue Listings5.1 Venue Owner Responsibilities
Venue Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, availability, venue details, and images. Venue Owners must ensure that listed venues comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.5.2 License to Post
By creating a listing, you grant YesVenue a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and marketing our Services.5.3 Accuracy of Information
Although YesVenue strives to verify the information provided by Venue Owners, we do not guarantee its accuracy or reliability. Users should conduct their own due diligence before booking any venue.6. Bookings and Payments6.1 Booking Process
Users may request to book a venue through our platform. The venue booking is only confirmed when the Venue Owner accepts the booking request and the User completes the required payment in accordance with the Venue Owner’s terms or as indicated by YesVenue.6.2 Service Fees
YesVenue may charge service fees for usage of the platform. These fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to booking or listing.6.3 Payment Methods
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. By submitting your payment information, you grant YesVenue or third-party payment processors the right to process your payments in accordance with these Terms.6.4 Taxes
Venue Owners and Users are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling any tax obligations that arise from their use of the Services or from engaging in transactions.7. Cancellations and Refunds7.1 Cancellation Policy

Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall YesVenue, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services. In no event shall YesVenue’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to YesVenue during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $100).13.
